CONTENZIOSO TRIBUTARIO: RIDUZIONE DELLE PENDENZE NEL SECONDO TRIMESTRE 2022


Sul sito internet del Dipartimento delle Finanze è stato pubblicato il rapporto trimestrale sul contenzioso tributario che, per il periodo aprile-giugno 2022 registra una riduzione delle pendenze (-10% su base annua). Le pendenze complessive al 30 giugno si attestano, infatti, a 267.804 unità. I ricorsi pervenuti nel secondo trimestre registrano un aumento tendenziale del 39%, mentre le definizioni sono diminuite del 15%. Si consolida l’utilizzo delle funzionalità per la redazione digitale delle sentenze che si attesta al 79% dei provvedimenti depositati. Nel secondo trimestre 2022 le nuove controversie instaurate in entrambi i gradi di giudizio sono in aumento del 38,6% rispetto allo stesso periodo del 2021. L'incremento, spiega il Dipartimento delle Finanze, è legato alla ripresa delle attività di accertamento e riscossione dei tributi da parte degli enti della fiscalità.
