SCADE IL 30 SETTEMBRE IL TERMINE PER L'INVIO DEL 730 PRECOMPILATO


Con Comunicato Stampa dell'11 settembre l'Agenzia delle Entrate ricorda che è in scadenza il termine per inviare il modello 730/2022. Entro il 30 settembre, infatti, sarà possibile consultare la dichiarazione predisposta dal Fisco, modificarla o accettarla così com'è, e premere il tasto "invio".  I contribuenti che avessero già visualizzato ed eventualmente integrato il modello lo troveranno salvato nella propria area riservata, pronto per essere inviato. Per accedere alla dichiarazione precompilata occorre entrare nella propria area riservata sul sito www.agenziaentrate.gov.it utilizzando le credenziali Spid (Sistema pubblico di identità digitale), Cie (Carta d'identità elettronica) o Cns (Carta nazionale dei servizi).  Tra i dati presenti nella precompilata i contribuenti troveranno, tra l'altro, i dati delle certificazioni uniche, le spese sanitarie, le spese per la casa (interessi passivi mutui, ristrutturazioni e acquisto mobili, etc.), quelle sostenute per la scuola e l'università dei figli. L'Agenzia Entrate ricorda inoltre che, da quest'anno, è possibile delegare un familiare o una persona di fiducia, compilando un apposito modello disponibile sul sito della stessa Agenzia, a operare per proprio conto nell'area riservata del sito dell'Agenzia. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.

  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
