Gli incentivi per l'acquisto di auto non inquinanti


Il Governo ha adottato due nuovi DPCM che prevedono incentivi per l’acquisto di auto non inquinantie altri interventi; con successivi provvedimenti ministeriali verranno disciplinate anche le procedure per l’erogazione delle agevolazioni. Per il 2022, nell’ipotesi in cui l’acquirente abbia un reddito inferiore a € 30.000, è previsto l’innalzamento al 50% dei contributi finora previsti per l’acquisto di veicoli non inquinanti: fino a un massimo di € 7.500 di contributi con rottamazione (€ 6.000 senza rottamazione) per l’acquisto di veicoli di categoria M1 nuovi di fabbrica omologati in una classe non inferiore ad Euro 6, con emissioni comprese nella fascia 0-20 g/km CO2 (elettrico), con prezzo dal listino ufficiale della casa automobilistica produttrice pari o inferiore a € 35.000 IVA esclusa; fino a un massimo di € 6.000 di contributi con rottamazione (4.500 € senza rottamazione) per l’acquisto di veicoli di categoria M1 nuovi di fabbrica omologati in una classe non inferiore ad Euro 6, con emissioni comprese nella fascia 21-60 g/km CO2, con prezzo di listino ufficiale della casa automobilistica produttrice pari o inferiore a € 45.000 IVA esclusa. Potrà beneficiare dell’incentivo aggiuntivo un solo soggetto nell’ambito dello stesso nucleo familiare. All’incentivo possono accedere anche le persone giuridiche che noleggiano le autovetture, purché ne mantengano la proprietà almeno per 12 mesi.

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
