SOSTITUTI D'IMPOSTA: DAL 2023 INVIO DIGITALE DEI DATI DELL'8, 5 E 2 PER MILLE DELL'IRPEF


L'art. 2 del Decreto "Semplificazioni fiscali" (Dl n. 73/2022) interviene, tra l'altro, con novità riguardanti l'invio delle schede con le scelte per la destinazione 8, del 5 e del 2 per mille dell’Irpef da parte dei sostituti d'imposta. In particolare, i sostituti d’imposta che prestano assistenza fiscale ai propri dipendenti e pensionati dovranno, a partire dalle dichiarazioni relative al periodo d’imposta 2022, inviare direttamente all'Agenzia delle Entrate, com modalità digitale, le schede con le scelte per la destinazione dell’5, 5 e 2 per mille dell’Irpef, come già fanno gli altri operatori incaricati della trasmissione dele dichiarazioni fiscali (professionisti e Caf).  Le schede con le scelte, dunque, non dovranno più essere consegnate alla Posta o a un intermediario abilitato, ma dovranno essere trasmesse direttamente in via telematica all’Agenzia delle entrate, a pari stregua delle dichiarazioni elaborate e dei prospetti di liquidazione. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
