DECRETO "AIUTI" E RISCOSSIONE: PUBBLICATI I MODELLI PER LE RATEIZZAZIONI SEMPLIFICATE FINO A 120 MILA EURO


La legge di conversione del Decreto Aiuti (DL n. 50/2022 convertito in Legge n. 91/2022) ha introdotto alcune importanti novità in materia di riscossione. In particolare, per le richieste di rateizzazione presentate dal 16 luglio 2022, la soglia di debito per la quale è possibile ottenere, in modo automatico e con una domanda semplice, una rateizzazione ordinaria fino a 72 rate (6 anni) passa da 60mila a 120mila euro. Concorre a determinare la soglia di 120 mila euro esclusivamente la somma degli importi residui delle sole cartelle/avvisi presenti nell’istanza di rateizzazione. Inoltre, per i provvedimenti di accoglimento delle richieste di rateizzazione presentate dal 16 luglio 2022, la decadenza dai piani di rateizzazione accordati viene determinata a seguito del mancato pagamento di 8 rate, anche non consecutive, invece delle 5 precedentemente previste. In caso di decadenza tali carichi non potranno essere nuovamente rateizzati. La decadenza dal beneficio della rateizzazione di uno o più carichi non preclude, tuttavia, la possibilità di chiedere la dilazione del pagamento per altre cartelle/avvisi diversi da quelli per i quali è intervenuta la decadenza. L'Agenzia Entrate Riscossione ricorda che sono stati pubblicati sul proprio sito internet  i nuovi modelli per presentare istanza semplificata di rateizzazione fino a 120 mila euro. Nei prossimi giorni sarà reso disponibile il servizio per richiedere la dilazione semplificata fino a 120 mila euro anche direttamente online, accendendo con le credenziali Spid, Cie e Cns al servizio “Rateizza adesso”, disponibile nell’area riservata del portale di Agenzia.   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
