5 PER MILLE 2021: ONLINE L'ELENCO DI AMMESSI ED ESCLUSI


Sul sito internet dell'Agenzia delle Entrate sono stati pubblicati gli elenchi per la destinazione del 5 per mille dell’anno finanziario 2021, con i dati relativi alle preferenze espresse dai contribuenti nella propria dichiarazione dei redditi. Gli elenchi di ammessi ed esclusi sono reperibili nell'apposita sezione tematica del portale delle Entrate, insieme agli importi attribuiti.  Un po' di numeri Nel 2021 sono stati ammessi in totale 72.738 enti. Di questi, 52.162 sono enti del volontariato, 11.854 associazioni sportive dilettantistiche, 528 enti impegnati nella ricerca scientifica, 106 enti che operano nel settore della sanità, 146 enti dei beni culturali e paesaggistici, 24 enti gestori delle aree protette, oltre a 7.918 Comuni. Se guardiamo alle preferenze dei contribuenti in testa ci sono gli enti del volontariato, a cui vanno oltre 331 milioni di euro, seguiti dagli enti per la ricerca sanitaria (76 milioni di euro) e gli enti per la ricerca scientifica (66,2 milioni di euro), per proseguire con i Comuni (14,9 milioni di euro), le associazioni sportive dilettantistiche (15,4 milioni), gli enti per la tutela dei beni culturali e paesaggistici (con oltre 2milioni) e gli enti gestori delle aree protette (609mila euro). The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
