ONLINE L'ELENCO DEGLI ENTI ISCRITTI NELL'ANAGRAFE DELLE ONLUS: AL VIA LA POSSIBILITà DI ISCRIVERSI AL RUNTS


Il 28 marzo l'Agenzia delle Entrate ha pubblicato sul proprio sito internet l'elenco degli enti iscritti nell'Anagrafe delle Onlus. Nel Comunicato stampa pubblicato lo stesso giorno l'Agenzia precisa che: gli enti inseriti nell'elenco potranno procedere al perfezionamento dell'iscrizione nel RUNTS a partire da questa data e fino al 31 marzo del periodo d'imposta successivo al rilascio della prevista autorizzazione della Commissione europea (articolo 101, comma 10, del Dl n. 117/2017); gli enti che invece il 22 novembre 2021 risultavano iscritti anche nei registri delle organizzazioni di volontariato o delle associazioni di promozione sociale non devono effettuare la richiesta di iscrizione al RUNTS in quanto rientranti in una procedura di migrazione automatica.  Gli enti che conseguiranno l'iscrizione nel RUNTS su loro richiesta, saranno cancellati dall'Anagrafe delle Onlus. La cancellazione, tuttavia, non comporterà lo scioglimento dell'ente e, di conseguenza, non vi sarà l'obbligo di devolvere il proprio patrimonio. In caso di mancata presentazione della domanda di iscrizione nel RUNTS entro il suddetto termine del 31 marzo, le Onlus avranno invece l'obbligo di devolvere il loro patrimonio, limitatamente all'incremento patrimoniale realizzato negli esercizi in cui l'ente è stato iscritto nell'Anagrafe delle Onlus. L'Anagrafe delle Onlus, precisa infine l'Agenzia Entrate, verrà soppressa a partire dal periodo d'imposta successivo al rilascio della autorizzazione da parte della Commissione europea. Fino a tale termine sarà quindi pienamente operativa e le Organizzazioni che rimarranno iscritte potranno fruire delle agevolazioni proprie delle Onlus.  Va ricordato che le procedure di iscrizione all'Anagrafe delle Onlus sono cessate il 22 novembre 2021, ad esclusione dei procedimenti di iscrizione e cancellazione che erano ancora pendenti in quella data.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
