RIFORMA GIUSTIZIA TRIBUTARIA. I COMMERCIALISTI: GARANTIRE L'INDIPENDENZA E SPECIALIZZAZIONE DELLE COMMISSIONI


In occasione dell'audizione presso le Commissioni riunite Giustizia e Finanze e Tesoro del Senato per l'esame dei disegni di legge congiunti sulla riforma della Giustizia tributaria, i Commercialisti hanno sottolineato quanto il futuro possibile assetto da dare agli organi di giustizia tributaria sia di fondamentale importanza non solo per il corretto dispiegarsi del rapporto fisco-contribuenti ma anche per migliorare la competitività del Paese. Il Consiglio Nazionale sottolinea quanto sia necessario, ora che la riforma della Giustizia tributaria a seguito dell'approvazione del PNRR è tornata ad essere un tema centrale e di grande attualità, puntare a "rendere le attuali Commissioni tributarie sempre più indipendenti, assicurandone ancor meglio qualità e equidistanza dalle parti, introducendo un giudice a tempo pieno, professionale e specializzato, che possa garantire autonomia e terzietà della funzione giudicante, oltre che una maggiore sua produttività". I futuri organi giudicanti dovranno quindi essere composti "da soggetti selezionati con concorso pubblico per titoli ed esami, che preveda il diritto tributario e l'economia aziendale tra le materie di esame e tra i titoli preferenziali di studio e di servizio. Magistrati a tempo pieno, professionali e specializzati, retribuiti in misura predeterminata dalla legge e incentivati in base al merito e alla produttività, che siano altresì sottoposti all'obbligo di formazione continua".   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
