COMUNI: ENTRO IL 31 MARZO L'ADEGUAMENTO ALIQUOTE ADDIZIONALE COMUNALE IRPEF AI NUOVI SCAGLIONI


I Comuni nei quali, per l’anno 2021, sono vigenti aliquote dell’addizionale comunale all’IRPEF differenziate per scaglioni di reddito hanno l’obbligo di adeguare le proprie aliquote ai nuovi scaglioni di reddito previsti per l’IRPEF dal comma 2 dell’art. 1 della Legge di Bilancio 2022 entro il 31 marzo 2022 o, in caso di scadenza successiva, entro il termine di approvazione del bilancio di previsione. Lo ha comunicato il MEF (Dipartimento delle Finanze) con una notizia pubblicata sul proprio sito internet. Sul Portale del federalismo fiscale, precisa il Dipartimento, è disponibile la versione aggiornata del Simulatore per l'addizionale comunale all’IRPEF che tiene conto della riduzione, da cinque a quattro, degli scaglioni di reddito e può essere utilizzata dai Comuni per la simulazione degli effetti sul gettito dell’adeguamento delle aliquote ai nuovi scaglioni.   • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
