BONUS EDILIZI: LE RISPOSTE DELLE ENTRATE SUL DECRETO "ANTIFRODI"


L'Agenzia delle Entrate ha pubblicato le risposte alle domande più frequenti sul DL n. 157/2021 che, come noto, ha esteso l'obbligo del visto di conformità a tutte le comunicazioni di opzione relative al decreto "Antifrodi" bonus edilizi. Ad esempio, relativamente ai bonus diversi dal Superbonus, l'Agenzia precisa che, per il contribuente che a seguito della ricezione della fattura da parte di un fornitore, in data 11 novembre 2021 ha effettuato il pagamento dell'importo previsto ma al 12 novembre 2021 (data di entrata in vigore del decreto-legge 11 novembre 2021, n. 157) non ha ancora trasmesso la comunicazione dell'opzione per lo sconto in fattura, non è richiesta l'apposizione del visto di conformità e dell'asseverazione della congruità delle spese. In merito ai tecnici, invece, viene chiarito che i professionisti abilitati alla verifica della congruità delle spese per gli interventi ammessi al Superbonus possono rilasciare per lo stesso tipo di intervento anche la nuova attestazione di congruità delle spese sostenute prevista dall'articolo 1 del Dl n. 157/2021.   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
