CREDITO D'IMPOSTA ACE: AL VIA LE COMUNICAZIONI. PRONTI I SOFTWARE DI COMPILAZIONE E DI CONTROLLO


Dal 20 novembre 2021 fino alla scadenza del termine ordinario per la presentazione della dichiarazione dei redditi relativa al periodo d’imposta successivo a quello in corso al 31 dicembre 2020 (30 novembre 2022 per i soggetti con periodo d’imposta coincidente con l’anno solare) è possibile inviare la comunicazione per la fruizione del credito d’imposta Ace, in favore delle imprese che hanno effettuato incrementi di patrimonio netto nel 2021. La Comunicazione può essere inviata esclusivamente con modalità telematiche, direttamente dal contribuente oppure tramite un soggetto incaricato della trasmissione delle dichiarazioni, utilizzando i canali telematici dell’Agenzia delle entrate. Il credito d’imposta può essere utilizzato in compensazione mediante il modello F24, chiesto a rimborso nella dichiarazione dei redditi nella quale il credito d’imposta va indicato, o ceduto, con facoltà di successiva cessione del credito ad altri soggetti, ed è usufruito dal cessionario con le stesse modalità previste per il soggetto cedente. I software di compilazione e di controllo per la fruizione del suddetto credito d'imposta sono ora disponibili sul sito dell'Agenzia Entrate. Il primo consente la compilazione della comunicazione per la fruizione del credito d’imposta, il secondo consente di evidenziare, mediante appositi messaggi di errore, le anomalie o incongruenze riscontrate tra i dati contenuti nel modello di dichiarazione e nei relativi allegati e le indicazioni fornite dalle specifiche tecniche e dalla circolare dei controlli.  Fonte: https://www.agenziaentrate.gov.it

The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
