IL SENATO APPROVA IL "DECRETO FISCALE"


Nella giornata del 16 novembre, con 148 voti a favore e 116 contrari l'Assemblea di Palazzo Madama ha approvato, senza apportare ulteriori modifiche al testo licenziato dalla Commissione Bilancio, il disegno di legge n. 2942, di conversione del DL 16 ottobre 2017, n. 148. Il provvedimento ora passa alla Camera per l'approvazione. In sintesi le principali novità rispetto al DL 14/2017 riguardano: la "rottamazione-bis" delle cartelle di pagamento, con la riapertura dei termini a favore dei contribuenti esclusi dalla "prima" definizione agevolata; di coloro che non hanno versato in tutto o in parte le somme dovute a luglio e a settembre sulla base del piano approvato precedentemente; dei contribuenti ai quali l'Agente della riscossione ha notificato una cartella nel corso del 2017; il differimento dei termini per il versamento della terza rata e delle prime due se non ancora versate. l'estensione dello split payment; la cosiddetta "sterilizzazione" delle clausole di salvaguardia, ciò non comporterà l'aumento delle aliquote di Iva ed accise nel 2018; la semplificazione dello spesometro, che diverrà semestrale l'estensione del credito d'imposta per gli investimenti pubblicitari su periodici, radio e tv locali, introdotto dall'art. 57-bis della "Manovra correttiva" della scorsa primavera; l'introduzione di misure a beneficio dei soggetti colpiti dalle calamità che hanno interessato alcune aree del territorio nazionale lo scorso mese di settembre.

  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
