DECRETO "CAPIENZE": IN VIGORE LE NUOVE DISPOSIZIONI


Il Consiglio dei Ministri, nella seduta del 7 ottobre 2021, ha approvato un decreto-legge che introduce disposizioni urgenti per l’accesso alle attività culturali, sportive e ricreative, per l’organizzazione di pubbliche amministrazioni e in materia di protezione dei dati personali. Segnaliamo le diverse misure, che entrano in vigore oggi 11 ottobre 2021, così come riportate sul sito del Governo.   Spettacoli e Cultura Teatri, cinema, concerti In zona bianca, per gli spettacoli aperti al pubblico in sale teatrali, sale da concerto, sale cinematografiche, locali di intrattenimento e musica dal vivo e in altri locali o spazi anche all'aperto, la capienza consentita è del 100% di quella massima autorizzata sia all’aperto che al chiuso. Inoltre l’accesso è consentito esclusivamente ai soggetti muniti di una delle certificazioni verdi COVID-19. Musei Nelle strutture museali è stata eliminata la distanza interpersonale di 1 metro. Sport Pubblico a eventi e competizioni sportive La capienza consentita non può essere superiore al 75% di quella massima autorizzata all'aperto e al 60% al chiuso. Discoteche La capienza nelle sale da ballo, discoteche e locali assimilati non può essere superiore al 75% di quella massima autorizzata all'aperto e al 50% al chiuso. Nei locali al chiuso deve essere garantita la presenza di impianti di aerazione senza ricircolo dell’aria. Sanzioni In caso di violazione delle regole su capienza e green pass nei settori di spettacoli, eventi sportivi e discoteche, la chiusura si applica dalla seconda violazione. Altre misure previste dal Decreto sono: Riorganizzazione del Ministero della salute Il testo prevede una riorganizzazione del ministero della Salute volta a rafforzare la dotazione organica delle direzioni di livello generale. Disposizioni per il referendum Al fine di consentire lo svolgimento della consultazione referendaria, la Corte di Cassazione può avvalersi di 360 unità nell’ambito delle amministrazioni pubbliche. Esame di Stato avvocato Si estendono al 2022 per l’esame di Stato di avvocato le stesse regole in vigore per il 2021 e si prevede che l’accesso ai locali sia consentito solo ai soggetti muniti di Green Pass. Accoglimento profughi afgani Per fare fronte alle particolari e nuove esigenze relative all’emergenza in Afghanistan e all’accoglienza dei profughi, è incrementato di 3000 posti il Sistema di accoglienza e integrazione. Garante privacy Sono state introdotte, in coerenza con il quadro europeo, alcune semplificazioni alla disciplina prevista dal decreto legislativo 196/2003 del trattamento dei dati con finalità di interesse pubblico. Sono stati ridotti a 30 giorni i termini per l’espressione dei pareri del Garante in merito al PNRR. È stata inoltre potenziata la competenza del Garante al fine di prevenire la diffusione di materiale foto o video sessualmente espliciti. Fonte: https://www.governo.it

  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
