ACCOLLO DEL DEBITO D'IMPOSTA ALTRUI: C'è IL CODICE DA INDICARE NELL'F24


Con la Risoluzione n. 59 del 6 ottobre 2021 l'Agenzia delle Entrate ha istituito il codice identificativo "80", denominato "Accollante del debito di imposta", utile a partire dal prossimo 12 ottobre per il pagamento del debito d'imposta altrui, da effettuarsi esclusivamente con modello F24 tramite i servizi telematici dell’Agenzia.  Nella Risoluzione viene inoltre precisato che: ai fini del pagamento, l’accollante non può utilizzare in compensazione i propri crediti, pena lo scarto del modello F24;  il saldo del modello F24 è addebitato sul conto intestato al codice fiscale dell’accollante;  nel caso in cui il pagamento dei debiti d’imposta dell’accollato possa essere effettuato, in tutto o in parte, utilizzando in compensazione i crediti dello stesso accollato, quest’ultimo deve provvedere autonomamente a presentare uno o più modelli F24 nei quali saranno indicati, con le consuete modalità, i propri debiti pagati e crediti compensati.  Fonte: https://www.agenziaentrate.gov.it

  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
