DICHIARAZIONI: LE RISPOSTE AI DUBBI DEGLI OPERATORI NELLA CIRCOLARE "OMNIBUS" DELL'AGENZIA ENTRATE


Come ogni anno l'Agenzia delle Entrate pubblica la circolare "omnibus" (Circolare n. 7/E del 25 giugno 2021) che risponde ai dubbi degli operatori che andranno ad affiancare i cittadini nella presentazione della dichiarazione dei redditi. Nella Circolare, frutto del lavoro svolto da un tavolo tecnico istituito tra l'Agenzia delle entrate e la Consulta nazionale dei CAF, si trovano tutte le informazioni utili su detrazioni e deduzioni per compilare correttamente i modelli 730 e Redditi 2021 e orientarsi tra i diversi bonus. Raccoglie tutte i principali documenti di prassi relativi alle spese che danno diritto a deduzioni dal reddito, detrazioni d'imposta, crediti d'imposta e altri elementi rilevanti per la compilazione della dichiarazione dei redditi delle persone fisiche e per l'apposizione del visto di conformità per l'anno d'imposta 2020. La circolare, in particolare, richiama i documenti di prassi da ritenersi ancora attuali e fornisce chiarimenti non solo alla luce delle modifiche normative intervenute, ma anche delle risposte ai quesiti posti dai contribuenti in sede di interpello o di consulenza giuridica o dai CAF e dai professionisti abilitati per le questioni affrontate in sede di assistenza. Costituisce, dunque: per tutti gli operatori uno strumento unitario che garantisce un'applicazione uniforme delle norme sul territorio nazionale per tutti gli uffici dell'Amministrazione finanziaria una guida che orienta in maniera  uniforme le attività nella fase di controllo formale delle dichiarazioni. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
