BONUS FACCIATE PER LE PARETI VISIBILI DELL'EDIFICIO, ANCHE SE SOLO PARZIALMENTE


Con la Risposta n. 522 del 4 novembre 2020 l'Agenzia delle Entrate fornisce ulteriori dettagli sulla possibilità di accesso al "Bonus facciate", ossia alla detrazione del 90% per gli interventi finalizzati a recupero o restauro della facciata esterna degli edifici esistenti, prevista dall'articolo 1, commi da 219 a 224 della legge 27 dicembre 2019 n. 160. In particolare, in questa occasione, l'Agenzia chiarisce che è possibile accedere al bonus facciate in relazione alle spese sostenute per gli interventi realizzati sulle facciate dell'edificio costituenti il suo perimetro esterno, anche se visibili solo parzialmente dalla strada. Rimangono invece esclusi dal bonus gli interventi effettuati sulle pareti esterne opposte al punto di vista dalla strada pubblica, e quindi non visibili (neanche parzialmente) da quest'ultima, anche se appartenenti al perimetro esterno dell'edificio stesso.   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
