TRASMISSIONE DATI SPESE SANITARIE E VETERINARIE: ADEGUATO IL TRACCIATO DEL SISTEMA TESSERA SANITARIA


Sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 270 del 29 ottobre è stato pubblicato il Decreto 19 ottobre 2020 del Ministero dell'Economia e delle Finanze che adegua il tracciato del Sistema tessera sanitaria ai fini della trasmissione dei dati relativi alle spese sanitarie e veterinarie. In particolare, il decreto chiarisce che, per le spese sostenute a partire dal 1° gennaio 2020, i soggetti tenuti all'invio dei dati al Sistema TS devono effettuare la trasmissione dei dati fiscali comprensivi dell'indicazione delle modalità di pagamento delle spese sanitarie, informazione obbligatoria per tutti i documenti fiscali relativi alle spese sanitarie e veterinarie che non rientrano nelle casistiche di esclusione. Sempre per le spese sostenute a partire dal 1° gennaio 2020 sarà necessario indicare ulteriori dati, quali: il tipo di documento fiscale, ai fini della distinzione delle fatture dalle altre tipologie di documento; l'aliquota, ovvero la natura IVA della singola operazione; l'indicazione dell'esercizio dell'opposizione da parte del cittadino alla messa a disposizione dei dati all'Agenzia delle entrate ai fini della predisposizione della dichiarazione dei redditi precompilata. I dati relativi alle spese per le quali il cittadino ha esercitato l'opposizione sono trasmessi al Sistema TS senza l'indicazione del codice fiscale dell'assistito. La trasmissione dei dati dovrà essere effettuata: entro la fine del mese di gennaio 2021, per le spese sostenute nell'anno 2020; entro la fine del mese successivo alla data del documento fiscale, per le spese sostenute dal 1° gennaio 2021. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
