LA COMMISSIONE EUROPEA LANCIA LO "SPORTELLO UNICO DOGANALE"


Il Consiglio Nazionale e la Fondazione dei Commercialisti hanno pubblicato l'informativa periodica "Covid 19: International update n. 17", nella quale vengono analizzate le misure economiche adottate in ambito europeo ed internazionale in risposta alla crisi epidemiologica da Covid-19. Nei giorni scorsi la Commissione europea, nella prima tranche di sostegno finanziario agli Stati membri, ha erogato i primi 17 miliardi di prestiti agevolati nell'ambito dello strumento SURE, destinato a finanziare la cassa integrazione e sostenere l'occupazione. Ammonta a 10 miliardi la quota spettante all'Italia che, al termine delle erogazioni previste, riceverà complessivamente 27,4 miliardi di euro. La crisi causata dalla pandemia, si legge nel documento, ha evidenziato ancora di più l'importanza di disporre di processi doganali agili e la Commissione europea, in risposta a questa esigenza, ha proposto una nuova iniziativa per rendere più agevole, per le diverse autorità coinvolte nello sdoganamento delle merci, scambiare per via elettronica le informazioni trasmesse dagli operatori, che potranno presentare una sola volta le informazioni richieste per l'importazione o l'esportazione delle merci. Si tratta del "sistema dello sportello unico doganale dell'UE" che ha lo scopo di rafforzare la cooperazione e il coordinamento tra le diverse autorità al fine di agevolare la verifica automatizzata delle formalità non doganali per le merci che entrano o escono dall'Unione. L'iniziativa, che si svilupperà nell'arco dei prossimi dieci anni, attraverso una cooperazione rafforzata tra le autorità di frontiere consentirà di agevolare gli scambi commerciali, migliorare i controlli e ridurre gli oneri amministrativi per le imprese.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
