DECRETO "RISTORI": ESTESA LA SOSPENSIONE DELLE PROCEDURE ESECUTIVE IMMOBILIARI NELLA PRIMA CASA


Tra le disposizioni previste a sostegno alle imprese e all'economia il DL 28 ottobre 2020, n. 137 (Decreto "Ristori"), l'Art. 4 estende la sospensione delle procedure esecutive immobiliari nella prima casa, contenuta nel decreto "Cura Italia", fino al 31 dicembre 2020. Ricordiamo che l'Art. 54-ter del DL 18/2020, al fine di contenere gli effetti negativi dell'emergenza epidemiologica da COVID-19 su soggetti deboli (i debitori) minacciati della perdita della propria casa, ha previsto la sospensione di ogni procedura esecutiva per il pignoramento immobiliare di cui all'art. 555 del C.P.C. che abbia ad oggetto l'abitazione principale del debitore.   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
