IL CONSUMATORE FINALE PUò EFFETTUARE L'ADESIONE AL SERVIZIO DI CONSULTAZIONE E ACQUISIZIONE DELLE FATTURE ELETTRONICHE?


L'Agenzia delle Entrate, in data 15 ottobre 2020, ha aggiornato alcune delle FAQ in tema di Fatturazione elettronica. In particolare, con riferimento alle modifiche introdotte dal Provvedimento n. 311557 dell'Agenzia Entrate del 23/09/2020, che prevedono che l'adesione al servizio di "Consultazione e acquisizione delle fatture elettroniche o dei loro duplicati informatici" possa esser fatta fino al 28 febbraio 2021, l'Agenzia ha aggiornato le FAQ n. 55 e quelle dalla n. 143 alla n. 147. Relativamente alla possibilità per il consumatore finale di effettuare l'adesione al servizio le Entrate chiariscono che l'utente Persona Fisica (PF) può effettuare l'adesione al servizio di consultazione delle fatture ricevute accedendo all'area riservata dei servizi online disponibili sul sito web dell'Agenzia delle Entrate, a condizione che sia in possesso di credenziali Entratel/Fisconline rilasciate da Agenzia delle Entrate o di identità digitale SPID o CNS. In particolare, se l'utente aderisce al servizio dal 1° luglio 2019 al 28 febbraio 2021, può consultare, a partire dal 1° marzo 2020, la totalità dei file delle fatture elettroniche ricevute relative agli acquisti pervenuti al Sistema di Interscambio da parte dei fornitori. Se invece non aderisce entro i termini di cui sopra, l'utente non potrà consultare i file delle fatture ricevute fino a quel momento. Effettuando l'adesione dopo tale termine, l'utente potrà consultare solo i file delle fatture elettroniche ricevute dal giorno successivo a quello di adesione.   • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
