I CONSULENTI DEL LAVORO CHIEDONO LA PROROGA DELL'INVIO DEL MODELLO 770/2020


Con una lettera inviata il 5 ottobre al Ministero dell'Economia e delle Finanze la Presidente del Consiglio Nazionale dell'Ordine, Marina Calderone, ha chiesto di prorogare, almeno al prossimo 30 novembre, l'invio dei modelli 770/2020 per permettere ai professionisti intermediari di dedicarsi alle pratiche riguardanti le richieste di ammortizzatori sociali emergenziali previsti dal decreto "Agosto". La scadenza per l'invio del modello, infatti, sottolinea la Presidente, coincide con quella per la trasmissione delle domande di CIGO, CIGD, ASO e CISOA, introdotta solo lo scorso 30 settembre dall'Inps con la circolare n.115/2020. Dunque, considerando che la presentazione dei 770 "non presenta alcuna ricaduta in termini di gettito", conclude la Presidente, la proroga del termine per l'invio dei modelli si rende necessaria al fine di "consentire ai Consulenti del Lavoro di dedicare le prossime settimane allo svolgimento delle attività che permetteranno alle imprese di accedere alle indispensabili misure di sostegno che la legge ha previsto".   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
