CONTO COINTESTATO: DIRITTO DI DETRAZIONE E REGOLE SULLA TRACCIABILITà


Con la Risposta n. 431 del 2 ottobre l'Agenzia delle Entrate chiarisce che il contribuente titolare di un conto corrente cointestato con la moglie, a firme disgiunte, può utilizzare la propria carta di credito per pagare le spese detraibili riferite al coniuge, per le quali sussiste l'obbligo di tracciabilità, senza perdere il diritto alla detrazione, a condizione che tale onere sia effettivamente sostenuto dal soggetto intestatario il documento di spesa. Il conto cointestato, infatti, assicura la corrispondenza fra il titolare del documento di spesa ed il soggetto che ha sostenuto il costo del bene. Ai fini della detraibilità Irpef, dunque, ciò che rileva è il mezzo di pagamento e non l'esecutore materiale del pagamento. Qui i chiarimenti delle Entrate. Fonte: https://www.agenziaentrate.gov.it

  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
