LA VISURA CENTRALE RISCHI IN ABBONAMENTO GRATUITO


Dal 2 ottobre 2020, le società iscritte nel Registro delle imprese presso le Camere di Commercio possono sottoscrivere sulla piattaforma "Servizi on line" della Banca d'Italia un abbonamento per ricevere al proprio indirizzo PEC, in automatico e con frequenza mensile, i dati della Centrale dei rischi. L'abbonamento è gratuito, ha durata di un anno, è rinnovabile alla scadenza e può essere revocato in ogni momento. Il servizio può essere sottoscritto esclusivamente dal legale rappresentante munito di SPID o CNS. La Visura Centrale Rischi Banca d'Italia degli ultimi tre anni contiene i dati principali con cui gli istituti di credito calcolano il Rating di un'impresa secondo le regole determinate dagli accordi di Basilea. Le Banche, ma anche i nuovi Fintech, in particolare per le PMI, decidono se erogare o meno credito ed a che costo all'impresa in funzione di come vengono gestiti gli affidamenti concessi dal sistema del credito nel suo complesso. Per questo motivo è molto importante conoscerla, saperne leggere il contenuto e monitorarla periodicamente, almeno trimestralmente. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
