5 PER MILLE: IN GAZZETTA UFFICIALE IL DPCM CON DESTINATARI E MODALITà DI ACCREDITAMENTO


Sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 231 del 17-09-2020 è stato pubblicato il DPCM 23 luglio 2020, che definisce: le modalità e i termini per l'accesso al riparto del cinque per mille dell'imposta sul reddito delle persone fisiche degli enti destinatari del contributo; le modalità e dei termini per la formazione, l'aggiornamento e la pubblicazione dell'elenco permanente degli enti iscritti e per la pubblicazione degli elenchi annuali degli enti ammessi. Come previsto dall'Art. 1 del DPCM, il contribuente può scegliere di destinare il 5 per mille dell'IRPEF: a) a sostegno degli enti del Terzo settore iscritti nel registro unico nazionale del Terzo settore di cui all'art. 46, comma 1, del decreto legislativo 3 luglio 2017, n. 117, comprese le cooperative sociali ed escluse le imprese sociali costituite in forma di società; b) per il finanziamento degli enti senza scopo di lucro, della ricerca scientifica e dell'università, quali università e istituti universitari, statali e non statali legalmente riconosciuti, consorzi interuniversitari, istituzioni di alta formazione artistica, musicale e coreutica, statali e non statali legalmente riconosciute, ovvero enti ed istituzioni di ricerca, indipendentemente dallo status giuridico e dalla fonte di finanziamento, la cui finalità principale consiste nello svolgere attività di ricerca scientifica; c) per il finanziamento degli enti della ricerca sanitaria quali gli enti destinatari dei finanziamenti pubblici riservati alla ricerca sanitaria, di cui agli articoli 12 e 12-bis del decreto legislativo 30 dicembre 1992, n. 502 e successive modificazioni, le fondazioni o enti istituiti per legge e vigilati dal Ministero della salute, le associazioni senza fini di lucro e le fondazioni che svolgono attività di ricerca traslazionale, in collaborazione con gli enti precedentemente indicati, che contribuiscono con proprie risorse finanziarie, umane e strumentali, ai programmi di ricerca sanitaria determinati dal Ministero della salute; d) a sostegno delle attività sociali svolte dal comune di residenza del contribuente; e) a sostegno delle associazioni sportive dilettantistiche, riconosciute ai fini sportivi dal Comitato olimpico nazionale italiano a norma di legge nella cui organizzazione e' presente il settore giovanile che siano affiliate agli enti di promozione sportiva riconosciuti dal CONI, che svolgono prevalentemente attività di avviamento e formazione allo sport dei giovani di eta' inferiore a 18 anni, ovvero di avviamento alla pratica sportiva in favore di persone di eta' non inferiore a 60 anni, o nei confronti di soggetti svantaggiati in ragione delle condizioni fisiche, psichiche, economiche, sociali o familiari.   • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
