SUPERBONUS 110%: COME PAGARE LE SPESE PER L'ESECUZIONE DEGLI INTERVENTI


In una delle risposte pubblicate sul proprio portale l'Agenzia Entrate chiarisce come deve avvenire il pagamento delle spese per l'esecuzione degli interventi (salvo l'importo del corrispettivo oggetto di sconto in fattura) per poter fruire del Superbonus 110%. Il pagamento, in particolare, deve essere effettuato mediante bonifico bancario o postale dal quale risulti la causale del versamento, il codice fiscale del beneficiario della detrazione ed il numero di partita IVA, ovvero, il codice fiscale del soggetto a favore del quale il bonifico è effettuato. L'obbligo di effettuare il pagamento mediante bonifico non riguarda i soggetti esercenti attività d'impresa. Su tali bonifici, le banche, Poste Italiane SPA nonché gli istituti di pagamento - autorizzati in base alle disposizioni di cui al decreto legislativo n. 11 del 2010 e al decreto legislativo n. 385 del 1993 (TUB) a prestare servizi di pagamento - applicano, all'atto dell'accredito dei relativi pagamenti, la ritenuta d'acconto (attualmente nella misura dell'8%) di cui all'articolo 25 del decreto-legge n.78 del 2010. A tal fine, precisano ancora le Entrate, possono essere utilizzati i bonifici predisposti dagli istituti di pagamento ai fini dell'ecobonus ovvero della detrazione prevista per gli interventi di recupero del patrimonio edilizio (cfr. circolare 08/07/2020, 24/E, pag. 41).   • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
