UNIONCAMERE: BISOGNA CONCLUDERE LA RIFORMA DELLE CAMERE DI COMMERCIO


Unioncamere, intervenendo in audizione dinanzi alla Commissione Bilancio del Senato, ha sottolineato quanto la norma contenuta nel Decreto "Agosto", che stabilisce un termine ultimo (14 ottobre 2020) per gli accorpamenti che ridurranno a 60 il numero delle Camere di commercio italiane, rappresenti "il passo decisivo per la chiusura di una riforma avviata ormai 5 anni fa". "Bisogna concludere la riforma", ha affermato il vice presidente vicario di Unioncamere, Andrea Prete, nel corso dell'audizione. "Questa riforma - ha ricordato - ha superato tutti i passaggi politici, quelli della giustizia amministrativa e anche la verifica costituzionale: Parlamento, Conferenza Stato Regioni, Tar, Consiglio di Stato, Corte Costituzionale si sono espressi su questo tema nel corso del tempo. Gli accorpamenti delle Camere di commercio stanno portando risultati di efficientamento e risparmi concreti. Come si è visto inoltre, Camere più grandi e più forti, con maggiori funzioni come internazionalizzazione e made in Italy, possono meglio supportare le imprese e i territori. Il sistema camerale - ha affermato Prete - vede oggi Camere grandi e anche molto grandi e Camere molto piccole - in termini di bacino di imprese, di ambito territoriale di riferimento, di budget - e ciò determina un assetto poco equilibrato".   • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
