NON C'è ESENZIONE IVA SE MANCA LA "GESTIONE GLOBALE" DELLA CASA DI RIPOSO


Per beneficiare dell'esenzione da Iva le prestazioni di servizi svolte dalla società presso una Rsa è necessario che vi sia la gestione "globale" della casa di riposo. Di conseguenza, è possibile riconoscere l'esenzione da IVA di cui all'articolo 10, primo comma, n.21) del Decreto IVA solo a seguito della stipula del nuovo contratto, che preveda i servizi in aggiunta alle prestazioni già rese in base al contratto in corso di esecuzione. Ciò non toglie che le "singole prestazioni" previste dall'attuale contratto possano essere fatturate in regime di esenzione IVA ove abbiano le caratteristiche per rientrare in una delle fattispecie previste dal citato articolo 10.   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
