CRISI D'IMPRESA: PER I COMMERCIALISTI DARE PIù TEMPO PER LA NOMINA DEI REVISORI è "SBAGLIATO E DANNOSO"


L'8 luglio la Camera ha votato la fiducia all Ddl di conversione del Decreto Rilancio che, tra l'altro, ha confermato lo slittamento dell'obbligo di nomina del revisore legale o dell'organo di controllo nelle Srl entro l'approvazione del bilancio relativo all'esercizio 2021, ossia nel 2022. Proprio qualche giorno fa i Commercialisti avevano definito "sbagliato e dannoso" l''emendamento al Dl Rilancio approvato in Commissione Bilancio alla Camera che proroga al 2022 il termine per nominare gli organi di controllo o il revisore nelle società a responsabilità limitata e nelle società cooperative costituite alla data del 16 marzo 2019. Le società che si sono già dotate di organi di controllo, hanno dichiarato i Commercialisti, sono infatti almeno 50mila su 68mila e questo emendamento va di fatto a penalizzare ingiustamente le imprese che si sono impegnate a rispettare la norma, premiando invece quelle che finora non si erano messe in regola. "Come troppo spesso accade in Italia, ha dichiarato il presidente del Consiglio Nazionale dei Commercialisti Massimo Miani, "vengono "condonati" comportamenti non virtuosi". L'emendamento "è un colpo al sistema di allerta, ossia alla più rilevante novità introdotta dalla riforma della crisi di impresa, ma soprattutto a chi rischia di esserne vittima".   Fonte: https://www.commercialisti.it

  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
