AGEVOLAZIONI PRIMA CASA: LA PROROGA DEGLI ADEMPIMENTI RIGUARDA ANCHE IL TERMINE PER VENDERE L'ABITAZIONE GIà POSSEDUTA


L'art. 24 del decreto legge n. 23/2020 (Decreto "Liquidità") ha disposto la sospensione, per il periodo compreso tra il 23 febbraio 2020 e il 31 dicembre 2020, dei termini per effettuare gli adempimenti necessari per il mantenimento del beneficio "prima casa" e per il riconoscimento del credito d'imposta per il riacquisto della prima casa. Rientra tra i termini sospesi anche quello di un anno entro il quale il contribuente che ha acquistato un immobile da adibire ad abitazione principale, deve vendere l'abitazione ancora in suo possesso, a condizione che quest'ultima sia stata a sua volta acquistata usufruendo dei benefici prima casa.
