CONGUAGLI 730: DAL 2020 ANCHE L'INPS RICEVERà I MODELLI 730-4 DIRETTAMENTE DALL'AGENZIA DELLE ENTRATE


Con il Provvedimento del 21 novembre 2019 l'Agenzia delle Entrate ha modificato il precedente provvedimento del 12 marzo 2019 (con il quale era stato approvato il modello di comunicazione per la ricezione invia telematica dei dati relativi ai modelli 730-4 resi disponibili dalla stessa Agenzia), eliminando il punto 3.1, ed includendo quindi l'Inps nella gestione automatizzata del flusso informativo tra CAF/Professionisti abilitati e sostituti di imposta, relativi dati contabili per le operazioni di conguaglio derivanti da assistenza fiscale. Il provvedimento ha aggiornato anche le istruzioni al modello per consentire, a partire dal 2020, che anche l'Inps riceva direttamente dall'Agenzia delle entrate il risultato finale delle dichiarazioni trasmesse dai Caf e dai professionisti abilitati, con le stesse modalità già utilizzate per tutti i sostituti d'imposta.   • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
