BONUS TV E DECODER AL VIA DAL 18 DICEMBRE. IL DECRETO PUBBLICATO IN GAZZETTA UFFICIALE


E' stato pubblicato sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 270 del 18-11-2019 il Decreto 18 ottobre 2019 del Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico che riporta le modalità per l'erogazione dei contributi in favore dei consumatori finali per l'acquisto di televisori e decoder di ultima generazione, idonei quindi alla ricezione dei programmi con le nuove tecnologie trasmissive DVB-T2. Il contributo, in particolare, è riconosciuto ai residenti nel territorio dello Stato appartenenti a nuclei familiari con un reddito ISEE, risultante da una dichiarazione sostitutiva unica (DSU), non superiore a 20.000 euro. Il bonus è riconosciuto all'utente finale sotto forma di sconto praticato dal venditore dell'apparecchio sul relativo prezzo di vendita, per un importo pari a 50 euro o pari al prezzo di vendita se inferiore. Lo sconto è applicato sul prezzo finale di vendita comprensivo di Iva. L'utente finale, per ottenere il bonus, che sarà concesso a partire dal 18 dicembre 2019, dovrà presentare al venditore apposita richiesta di riconoscimento del contributo, contenente anche la dichiarazione sostitutiva, con la quale afferma che il valore dell'ISEE relativo al nucleo familiare di cui fa parte non è superiore a 20.000 euro e che i componenti dello stesso nucleo non hanno già fruito del contributo.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
