SPID - PUBBLICATE LE LINEE GUIDA PER L'USO PROFESSIONALE - IN VIGORE DAL 1 DICEMBRE 2019


L'Agenzia per l'Italia Digitale (AgID) ha pubblicato le "Linee guida per il rilascio delle identità digitali per uso professionale", che entreranno in vigore il 1° dicembre 2019. Con determinazione n. 318 del 6 novembre 2019, l'AgID attiva una nuova funzionalità per il sistema pubblico di identità digitale, attesa da numerose pubbliche amministrazioni e da privati, che consente l'apertura di nuovi servizi online, superando gli ostacoli all'uso della propria identità digitale per scopi lavorativi. Il Sistema Pubblico di Identità Digitale (SPID) diventa uno strumento che consente alle pubbliche amministrazioni e ai privati di verificare l'appartenenza di una persona fisica ad un'organizzazione e la sua qualità di professionista. Le linee guida individuano le modalità che gli Identity Provider devono seguire per il rilascio delle identità per uso professionale, consentendo di veicolare attraverso SPID, oltre ai dati della persona fisica, anche i dati dell'organizzazione di appartenenza per la quale si sta agendo su un servizio reso disponibile da un service provider. Le identità rilasciate non identificano lo status persona giuridica né l'appartenenza di un professionista a un determinato ordine professionale o altro elenco qualificato. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
