PESANTI SANZIONI PER DATORI DI LAVORO CHE IMPEGNANO CITTADINI EXTRAUE CON SOGGIORNO IRREGOLARE


Sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 39 del 15 febbraio 2019 è stato pubblicato il Decreto 22 dicembre 2018 n. 151 del Ministero dell'Interno, di concerto con il Ministro della Giustizia ed i Ministri dell'Economia e delle Finanze e del Lavoro che, in attuazione della direttiva 2009/52/CE, introduce norme minime relative a sanzioni e a provvedimenti nei confronti di datori di lavoro che impegnano cittadini di Paesi terzi il cui soggiorno è irregolare. Per l'anno 2018, come definito dall'art. 3 del Decreto, il costo medio del rimpatrio per ogni lavoratore straniero assunto illegalmente, da imputare al datore di lavoro, è di 1398 euro. Il costo medio del rimpatrio, si legge all'art. 1 del Decreto, "è aumentato nella misura del 30% in ragione all'incidenza degli oneri economici connessi ai servizi di accompagnamento e scorta, con arrotondamento dell'unità di euro, per eccesso o per difetto, a seconda che le cifre decimali del calcolo siano superiori o inferiori a 50". A tale costo, poi, "si applica la variazione media, relativa all'anno precedente, dell'indice dei prezzi al consumo per le famiglie di operai e impiegati (FOI) al netto dei tabacchi, elaborata dall'Istituto nazionale di statistica".   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
