ALIQUOTE E SCADENZE CONTRIBUTIVE 2019 PER ARTIGIANI E COMMERCIANTI


Con la Circolare n. 25 del 13 febbraio 2019 l'Inps ha indicato gli importi dei contributi dovuti dagli iscritti alla Gestione Artigiani e Commercianti per l'anno 2019. Le aliquote contributive per il finanziamento delle gestioni pensionistiche, per l'anno in corso, sono così fissate: per i titolari di qualunque età e coadiuvanti/coadiutori di età superiore ai 21 anni: 24% per gli artigiani 24,09% per i commercianti per i coadiuvanti/coadiutori di età non superiore ai 21 anni: 21,45% per gli artigiani 21,54% per i commercianti Anche per il 2019, gli artigiani e gli esercenti attività commerciali ultrasessantacinquenni, già pensionati presso le gestioni dell'Istituto, potranno beneficiare della riduzione del 50% dei contributi dovuti. Infinte, il contributo per le prestazioni di maternità è stabilito nella misura di 0,62 euro mensili. Termini di versamento 16 maggio 2019 per il versamento della prima rata dei contributi dovuti sul minimale di reddito; 20 agosto 2019 per il versamento della seconda rata dei contributi dovuti sul minimale di reddito; 18 novembre 2019 per il versamento della terza rata dei contributi dovuti sul minimale di reddito; 17 febbraio 2020 per il versamento della quarta dei contributi dovuti sul minimale di reddito. I contributi dovuti sulla quota di reddito eccedente il minimale, a titolo di saldo 2018, primo acconto 2019 e secondo acconto 2019 devono invece essere corrisposti entro i termini previsti per il pagamento delle imposte sui redditi delle persone fisiche. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
