LE GUIDE DELL'AGENZIA DELLE ENTRATE: LE AGEVOLAZIONI FISCALI PER IL RISPARMIO ENERGETICO


L'Agenzia delle Entrate ha pubblicato tre guide aggiornate con le ultime novità fiscali in tema di agevolazioni fiscali per le ristrutturazioni edilizie, il risparmio energetico e per l'acquisto di mobili ed elettrodomestici. Nelle tre guide, aggiornate a febbraio 2019, le Entrate forniscono indicazioni utili per richiedere correttamente tutti questi benefici fiscali e illustrano gli adempimenti e le procedure da seguire per poterne usufruire. Nella guida "Le agevolazioni fiscali per il risparmio energetico" viene confermata la proroga al 31 dicembre 2019 (prevista dalla legge di bilancio 2019), nella misura del 65%, della detrazione fiscale (dall'Irpef e dall'Ires) per gli interventi di riqualificazione energetica degli edifici. La detrazione è riconosciuta, in particolare, se le spese sono state sostenute per: la riduzione del fabbisogno energetico per il riscaldamento; il miglioramento termico dell'edificio (coibentazioni - pavimenti - finestre, comprensive di infissi); l'installazione di pannelli solari; la sostituzione degli impianti di climatizzazione invernale. Rimangono invece invariate le novità introdotte dalla precedente legge di bilancio, tra cui, ad esempio: la riduzione al 50% della percentuale di detrazione per le spese relative all'acquisto e alla posa in opera di finestre comprensive di infissi, delle schermature solari e per la sostituzione degli impianti di climatizzazione invernale con impianti dotati di caldaie a condensazione con efficienza almeno pari alla classe A; l'aumento delle detrazioni per gli interventi condominiali quando realizzati in edifici appartenenti alle zone sismiche 1, 2 o 3 e finalizzati anche alla riduzione del rischio sismico, che raggiungono l'80%, se i lavori determinano il passaggio a una classe di rischio inferiore, o l'85%, se il rischio sismico si riduce di almeno 2 classi.
