IN PUBBLICA CONSULTAZIONE LE PROPOSTE PER L'IMPLEMENTAZIONE DELLA DIRETTIVA SULL'IVA NEL COMMERCIO ELETTRONICO


Sul sito internet del MEF (Dipartimento delle Finanze) è stato pubblicato l'avviso relativo alla procedura pubblica di consultazione nazionale, sulle proposte necessarie per l'implementazione della Direttiva (UE) 2017/2455, in tema di IVA nel commercio elettronico. Le proposte in consultazione sono: Proposta di Direttiva COM(2018)819, che modifica la direttiva 2006/112/CE del Consiglio del 28 novembre 2006 per quanto riguarda le disposizioni relative alle vendite a distanza di beni e a talune cessioni nazionali di beni; Proposta di Regolamento di esecuzione COM(2018) 821, che modifica il regolamento (UE) n. 282/2011 per quanto riguarda le cessioni di beni o le prestazioni di servizi facilitate da interfacce elettroniche e i regimi speciali per i soggetti passivi che prestano servizi a persone che non sono soggetti passivi, effettuano vendite a distanza di beni e talune cessioni nazionali di beni. Scopo della consultazione, rivolta ad Associazioni economico professionali, Professionisti, Centri di Ricerca/Università e Privati cittadini, è quello di offrire la possibilità, ad una platea più vasta possibile, di fornire le ritenute osservazioni e commenti sulla proposta. Vengono chieste, in particolare, osservazioni sul documento proposto in consultazione, nonché sui capitoli che lo compongono e sull'articolato, inclusi i considerando. Statement on the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)

The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
