RIDUZIONE CONTRIBUTIVA NEL SETTORE DELL'EDILIZIA PER IL 2018: INDICAZIONI OPERATIVE DALL'INPS


Con il decreto 4 ottobre 2018 del Min. Lavoro-MEF è stato confermato per hanno 2018, nella misura dell'11,50%, la riduzione contributiva in favore delle imprese edili. Il beneficio, in particolare, consiste in una riduzione sui contributi dovuti per le assicurazioni sociali diverse da quella pensionistica e si applica agli operai occupati per 40 ore a settimana. Con la Circolare n. 118 del 13 dicembre 2018 l'Inps fornisce indicazioni operative per l'accesso al suddetto beneficio, l'invio e la gestione delle istanze. Il beneficio potrà essere fruito avvalendosi delle denunce contributive Uniemens fino al mese di competenza febbraio 2019. I datori di lavoro potranno inviare le domande per l'applicazione della riduzione contributiva relativa al 2018 fino al 15 marzo 2019. Fonte: https://www.inps.it
