OIRA: LO STRUMENTO PER LE IMPRESE DEDICATO ALLA SALUTE E ALLA SICUREZZA SUL LAVORO


L'Agenzia europea per la sicurezza e la salute sul lavoro (EU-OSHA) ha sviluppato una piattaforma web che permette la creazione di strumenti settoriali di valutazione dei rischi, in modo semplice e standardizzato. OiRA (Online Risk Assessment) è il nome del progetto, che si propone, tra l'altro, come spazio di approfondimento e condivisione delle buone pratiche tra i diversi Stati membri e come aiuto concreto per ridurre gli infortuni e le malattie professionali. Sono resi disponibili, infatti, strumenti telematici per aiutare i processi di valutazione dei rischi in diversi settori professionali, tramite un autovalutazione guidata. Destinatari del progetto sono principalmente le piccole e medie imprese, che possiedono meno risorse da dedicare a questo tipo di attività, oltre ai soggetti istituzionali e le associazioni di categoria. Il processo di valutazione sulla piattaforma è diviso in 4 fasi: Presentazione: è il primo step per conoscere lo strumento e iniziare a personalizzarlo in base alla propria realtà aziendale. È richiesta la registrazione per accedere alla seconda fase. Identificazione: qui il sistema presenterà una serie di potenziali pericoli per la salute e la sicurezza presenti sul luogo di lavoro e si dovrà rispondere alle domande in modo affermativo o negativo. Valutazione: in questa fase di valutazione è possibile determinare il livello di rischio connesso a ciascun pericolo identificato. Misure/programma: nell'ultima parte devono essere indicate le misure necessarie per gestire i rischi e le eventuali risorse economiche e umane da impiegare. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
