GARANZIA GIOVANI: NOVITà E RISULTATI PRESENTATI AL SALONE DELL'ORIENTAMENTO


Nel corso della terza giornata della XIII edizione del Salone dell'Orientamento di Reggio Calabria l'Agenzia Nazionale Politiche Attive del Lavoro (ANPAL) ha presentato i risultati e le novità del programma Garanzia Giovani, il Piano Europeo per la lotta alla disoccupazione giovanile. I risultati presentati rilevano che, su 1,4 milioni di giovani registrati sul portale di Garanzia Giovani ben 77,5% sono stati presi in carico, il 56% di questi sono stati avviati ad interventi i politiche attive del lavoro ed il 51,4% ha trovato un'occupazione. I dati confermano inoltre che la politica attiva più diffusa (58,3%) è rappresentata dal tirocinio extra-curriculare; gli incentivi occupazionali rappresentano il 24,4% delle politiche erogate, mentre la formazione riguarda il 12,7% delle misure. Inoltre, il 2,3% sono attività di accompagnamento al lavoro. Durante la conferenza si è parlato anche di Garanzia Giovani 2.0, la seconda fase del programma, che prevede importanti innovazioni, tra cui: Rafforzamento del riconoscimento di remunerazione a risultato nei confronti dei soggetti attuatori delle diverse misure (ricorso esclusivo a unità di costo standard e individuazione di meccanismi attuativi che prevedono il riconoscimento a risultato); Introduzione di una misura legata al reddito di inclusione che miri a intercettare le fasce di popolazione più lontane dal mercato del lavoro (misura 1.D); Valorizzazione ulteriore della misura 5 - Tirocinio extracurriculare, prevedendone una linea dedicata a sostenere il tirocinio in mobilità geografica (misura 5 bis); Valorizzazione della misura Servizio civile nazionale con la sua estensione al Servizio civile universale (misura 6 bis); Previsione di incentivi occupazionali a totale titolarità Anpal, per valorizzare la cooperazione interistituzionale e l'interoperabilità dei sistemi con Inps.
