EVENTI SISMICI 2016-2017: MODALITà PER IL VERSAMENTO DEI CONTRIBUTI SOSPESI


Con riferimento ai territori colpiti dagli eventi sismici che si sono verificati tra il 2016 e il 2017 in Lazio, Marche, Umbria e Abruzzo, la legge 24 luglio 2018 n. 89 ha prorogato al 31 gennaio 2019 il termine per la ripresa dei versamenti dei contributi sospesi, precedentemente fissata al 31 maggio 2018, senza applicazione di sanzioni e interessi. Gli adempimenti e i versamenti dei contributi previdenziali e assistenziali e dei premi per l'assicurazione obbligatoria potranno essere effettuati: in unica soluzione entro il 31 gennaio o mediante rateizzazione; fino ad un massimo di 60 rate mensili, a decorrere da gennaio 2019, presentando la comunicazione di rateizzazione dei debiti contributivi in fase amministrativa entro il 31 gennaio dello stesso anno. Con il Messaggio n. 4378 del 23 novembre 2018 l'Inps fornisce istruzioni operative, riferite alle diverse gestioni previdenziali, per il versamento in unica soluzione della contribuzione sospesa. Le indicazioni per il versamento della contribuzione sospesa mediante rateazione, precisa l'Istituto, saranno invece oggetto di un successivo messaggio. Fonte: https://www.inps.it

  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
