OK AL PASSAGGIO AL REGIME FORFETARIO NEL 2018 PER CHI HA AVVIATO L'ATTIVITà NEL 2014


Con la risposta n. 72/2018 l'Agenzia delle Entrate ha chiarito che il contribuente che ha avviato un'attività di consulenza amministrativa nel 2014 avvalendosi del "regime fiscale di vantaggio per l'imprenditoria giovanile e lavoratori in mobilità" (articolo 27 del decreto-legge 6 luglio 2011, n. 98) può aderire al regime forfetario per il periodo d'imposta 2018, "non essendo previsto alcun vincolo di permanenza nel regime di vantaggio per coloro che già lo applicavano prima del 31 dicembre 2014". Inoltre, lo stesso può fruire dell'aliquota agevolata del 5% prevista dal comma 65, art. 1, della legge 23 dicembre 2014 n. 190, per i periodi che residuano al compimento del quinquennio (ossia per il solo anno 2018).   • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
