RICHIESTA RIMBORSO DEL CANONE TV NON DOVUTO IN BOLLETTA: COME PROCEDERE


L'Agenzia delle Entrate ricorda, a coloro che avessero pagato il canone tv non dovuto in bolletta, che è possibile chiedere il rimborso direttamente online con apposito modello (se in possesso delle credenziali Fisconline) o, in alternativa, spedendo la richiesta tramite raccomandata a/r. Il modello "Richiesta di rimborso del canone di abbonamento alla televisione per uso privato pagato mediante addebito nelle fatture per energia elettrica", deve essere presentato esclusivamente dai titolari di utenza di fornitura di energia elettrica, o relativi eredi. In caso non sia possibile la trasmissione telematica, il modello può essere presentato a mezzo del servizio postale con raccomandata al seguente indirizzo: Agenzia delle entrate, Ufficio di Torino 1, S.A.T. - Sportello abbonamenti TV - Casella Postale 22 - 10121 Torino. unitamente alla copia di un documento di riconoscimento. Nell'istanza di rimborso deve essere indicato anche il motivo della richiesta, scegliendo una selle seguenti causali: il richiedente o un altro componente della sua famiglia anagrafica è in possesso dei requisiti di esenzione relativi ai cittadini che hanno compiuto il 75° anno di età con reddito complessivo familiare non superiore 6.713,98 euro ed è stata presentata l'apposita dichiarazione sostitutiva.. Per l'esenzione relativa all'anno 2018 il reddito complessivo familiare dell'anno precedente (2017) deve essere non superiore a 8.000 (codice 1); il richiedente o un altro componente della sua famiglia anagrafica è esente per effetto di convenzioni internazionali (ad esempio, diplomatici e militari stranieri) ed è stata presentata l'apposita dichiarazione sostitutiva (codice 2); il richiedente ha pagato il canone mediante addebito sulle fatture per energia elettrica, e lui stesso o un altro componente della sua famiglia anagrafica ha pagato anche con altre modalità, ad esempio mediante addebito sulla pensione (codice 3); il richiedente ha pagato il canone mediante addebito sulle fatture per energia elettrica e lo stesso è stato pagato anche mediante addebito sulle fatture relative ad un'utenza elettrica intestata ad un altro componente della stessa famiglia anagrafica (codice 4); il richiedente ha presentato la dichiarazione sostitutiva di non detenzione di apparecchi televisivi da parte propria e dei componenti della sua famiglia anagrafica (codice 5). E' possibile indicare anche una motivazione diversa dalle precedenti, indicando il codice 6 e riassumendo sinteticamente il motivo della richiesta nell'apposito spazio del modello.
