PRECOMPILATA 2019: AGGIORNATA IL MODELLO PER OPPORSI ALL'UTILIZZO DELLE SPESE SANITARIE IN DICHIARAZIONE


L'Agenzia delle Entrate ha pubblicato l'aggiornamento del modello utile per comunicare l'opposizione all'utilizzo delle spese sanitarie nella dichiarazione dei redditi precompilata 2019. Ogni cittadino che abbia compiuto 16 anni di età (in caso contrario, il tutore o rappresentante legale) può infatti decidere di non rendere disponibili all'Agenzia delle Entrate questi dati (o alcuni di essi) e di non farli inserire nella dichiarazione precompilata. Nel caso in cui si fosse fiscalmente a carico di un familiare, dunque, quest'ultimo non visualizzerà le informazioni su spese sanitarie e rimborsi per cui sia fatta "opposizione all'utilizzo". Per le spese e i relativi rimborsi del 2018, sono due i modi per effettuare l'opposizione: dal 9 febbraio all'8 marzo 2019, accedendo all'area autenticata del sito web dedicato del Sistema Tessera Sanitaria, tramite tessera sanitaria TS-CNS oppure utilizzando le credenziali Fisconline rilasciate dall'Agenzia delle Entrate. Con questa modalità, è possibile consultare l'elenco delle spese sanitarie e selezionare le singole voci per le quali esprimere la propria opposizione all'invio dei relativi dati all'Agenzia delle Entrate per l'elaborazione della dichiarazione precompilata fino all'8 febbraio 2019, comunicando direttamente all'Agenzia delle Entrate tipologia (o tipologie) di spesa da escludere, dati anagrafici (nome e cognome, luogo e data di nascita), codice fiscale, numero della tessera sanitaria e relativa data di scadenza Clicca qui per accedere alla scheda informativa dell'Agenzia delle Entrate e qui ai modelli utili per comunicare l'opposizione. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
