AL VIA LA PROCEDURA PER L'AMMISSIONE ALLA PRATICA FORENSE PRESSO ALCUNE AVVOCATURE DELL'INPS


Con il Comunicato Stampa del 12 novembre 2018 l'Inps comunica l'avvio della procedura per l'ammissione alla pratica forense presso alcune Avvocature dell'INPS. I relativi bandi sono pubblicati sul sito istituzionale Inps ed esposti presso le Direzioni regionali e di Coordinamento metropolitano ed i Consigli degli ordini degli avvocati territorialmente competenti. La domanda di ammissione alla pratica forense deve essere presentata esclusivamente per via telematica, utilizzando il form presente sul sito internet dell'Istituto, dalle ore 12,00 del 12 novembre 2018 fino alle ore 14,00 del 12 dicembre 2018. I requisiti richiesti per svolgere la pratica presso l'Avvocatura dell'INPS sono: essere cittadino italiano o di uno Stato membro dell'Unione Europea ovvero essere cittadino di uno Stato non appartenente all'U.E. in possesso dei requisiti previsti dall'art. 17, comma 2 della L. 247/2012; essere in possesso dei requisiti richiesti per l'iscrizione nel registro dei praticanti Avvocati tenuto dal Consiglio dell'Ordine degli Avvocati presso il Tribunale nel territorio del cui circondario si trova l'Ufficio legale dell'I.N.P.S. indicato nella domanda di pratica; se già iscritto nel registro speciale dei praticanti presso il Consiglio dell'Ordine, non avere un'anzianità di iscrizione superiore a 2 mesi.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
