5 PER MILLE: FINO ALL'8 MAGGIO LE ISCRIZIONI PER GLI ENTI NON INCLUSI NELL'ELENCO PERMANENTE


Si ricorda che, fino al prossimo 8 maggio 2017 gli enti del volontariato e le associazioni sportive dilettantistiche non inclusi nell'elenco permanente degli iscritti avranno la possibilità di iscriversi al cinque per mille 2017.  Dovranno trasmettere la domanda per via telematica (tramite i servizi Fisconline o Entratel), oltre agli enti di nuova costituzione, anche gli enti che non si sono iscritti nel 2016, quelli non regolarmente iscritti o privi dei requisiti nel 2016. Gli enti già compresi nell'elenco permanente degli iscritti, invece, non sono tenuti a trasmettere nuovamente la richiesta di iscrizione. Entro il 14 maggio 2017 saranno pubblicati gli elenchi provvisori degli enti del volontariato e delle associazioni sportive dilettantistiche iscritte al beneficio che potranno, in caso di rilevazione di eventuali errori nell'iscrizione, chiedere la correzione entro il 22 maggio. Gli elenchi aggiornati, invece, saranno pubblicati entro il 25 maggio.

The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
