NIENTE SANZIONI PER ACCONTI IRPEF ERRATI DOPO IL RINVIO DELL'IRI


L'Agenzia delle Entrate, con la Risoluzione n. 47/E del 22 giugno 2018, ha chiarito che non è prevista nessuna sanzione per i contribuenti che, avendo optato già dal 2017 per l'Iri, hanno versato acconti d'imposta che risultano ora insufficienti, in seguito al differimento dell'applicazione del regime opzionale al periodo d'imposta 2018 previsto dalla legge di Bilancio 2018. Nel documento viene infatti precisato che, laddove il versamento degli acconti risulti insufficiente esclusivamente per effetto dello slittamento dell'applicazione dell'IRI al periodo d'imposta 2018, e non anche per altre previsioni rivelatesi errate, non è applicabile la sanzione per carente versamento, in virtù del principio di tutela dell'affidamento e della buona fede del contribuente. Il contribuente potrà, entro il termine previsto per il versamento del saldo dell'imposta, determinare definitivamente l'imposta dovuta per il 2017, senza l'applicazione né di sanzioni né di interessi, e provvedere alla compilazione dei righi RS148 ("Rideterminazione dell'acconto") e RN38 ("Acconti") del modello Redditi PF 2018.   • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
