STREET-FOOD: + 60% IN CINQUE ANNI. BOOM DELLE IMPRESE DELLA RISTORAZIONE AMBULANTE


Un vero e proprio boom delle imprese dedicate alla ristorazione ambulante negli ultimi cinque anni: nel nostro paese, infatti, un giorno si' e uno no è nata un'impresa di street-food, passando dalle dalle 1.717 attività del 2013 alle 2.729 attuali, con un incremento di oltre mille unità (+60%). E' Unioncamere, con un Comunicato Stampa del 29 giugno 2018, a fotografare questa situazione sulla base dei dati ufficiali del Registro delle Imprese tra il 2013 e il 2018. La Lombardia conquista il primo posto nella classifica a livello regionale, con 389 imprese, seguita da Puglia (295) e Lazio (271). Clicca qui per accedere ai dati completi.
