Sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale, 4° Serie speciale - Concorsi ed esami n. 52 del 3 luglio 2018 è stato pubblicato il Bando del Consiglio Nazionale Forense per l'ammissione al corso propedeutico all'iscrizione nell'albo speciale per il patrocinio dinanzi alla giurisdizioni superiori, ai sensi dell'art. 22, comma 2, della legge 31 dicembre 2012, n. 247, per l'anno 2018. Possono partecipare al corso gli avvocati iscritti all'albo da almeno otto anni, che non hanno riportato negli ultimi tre anni sanzioni disciplinari definitive interdittive, che non sono soggetti, al momento di presentazione della domanda, a sospensione cautelare e non sono sospesi dall'Albo, che hanno svolto effettivamente la professione forense e che godono dei diritti civili e politici. La prova di accesso si terrà a Roma, sabato 15 settembre 2018. Ulteriori indicazioni sull'ora e sul luogo verranno comunicati sul sito istituzionale del Consiglio Nazionale forense e su quello della Scuola Superiore dell'Avvocatura.
