PROCESSO CIVILE TELEMATICO: I DATI AL 31 MAGGIO 2018


Sul Portale dei Servizi Telematici del Ministero della Giustizia sono stati pubblicati i dati del Processo Civile Telematico, aggiornati al 31 maggio 2018 e relativi, in particolare, al periodo che va da giugno 2017 a maggio 2018. Ecco una breve sintesi: Durante questo periodo sono stati ricevuti 8.498.832 depositi telematici, di cui , da parte di avvocati e professionisti, di cui 399.095 ricorsi per decreto ingiuntivo, 6.361.410 atti endo-procedimentali e 1.738.327 atti introduttivi e di costituzione. Da giugno 2017 a maggio 2018 sono state consegnate 19.254.697 Comunicazioni telematiche, con una media di 1.604.558 al mese ed un risparmio stimato di 67.391.440 euro. Relativamente alla consultazione on-line di dati e fascicoli, a tutti gli uffici del territorio (tra corti d'appello, tribunali e uffici dei giudici di pace) sono stati effettuati fino a 10.000.000 accessi al giorno. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
