ACCESSO ALL?"IPER AMMORTAMENTO: VIA LIBERA PER LA CONFERMA DEGLI INVESTIMENTI


Da martedì 21 luglio è operativa sulla piattaforma informatica gestita dal GSE, per la presentazione delle comunicazioni di conferma dell?"investimento previste dal Nuovo Piano Transizione 5.0, in attuazione del decreto firmato il 7 maggio 2026 dal ministro delle Imprese e del Made in Italy, di concerto con il ministro dell?"Economia e delle Finanze. Le imprese che hanno ricevuto esito positivo della comunicazione preventiva possono accedere tramite l?"Area Clienti del sito del GSE e procedere alla compilazione e all?"invio della comunicazione di conferma. La comunicazione deve essere trasmessa entro i termini stabiliti dalla normativa vigente e deve contenere: l?"attestazione dell?"avvenuto pagamento dell?"ultima quota di acconto utile al raggiungimento del 20 per cento del costo di acquisizione di ciascun bene agevolato gli estremi delle fatture relative ai costi ammissibili all?"agevolazione. La comunicazione di conferma non può riguardare investimenti relativi a beni diversi, né importi superiori, rispetto a quelli indicati nella comunicazione preventiva.   Fonte: Decreto direttoriale 20 luglio 2026 - Iperammortamento. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
